TL Detailing

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by TL Detailing. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. About Us

TL Detailing provides professional vehicle detailing services including automotive and motorbike detailing, ceramic coatings, maintenance detailing and deep cleaning.

Our services may be carried out at our studio location or via mobile service at customer premises.

 

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made via:

  • Phone

  • Website contact forms

  • Social media

  • Messaging services such as WhatsApp

All bookings are subject to availability.

TL Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Vehicle Condition

Customers must inform TL Detailing of any existing damage, defects or sensitive areas before work begins.

While all care is taken during detailing, TL Detailing is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing paint defects

  • Stone chips

  • Scratches or damaged trim

  • Failing clear coat

  • Loose or damaged parts

Vehicles with severely neglected condition may require additional time or charges.

 

4. Pricing

Prices listed on our website or provided in quotations are starting prices and may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle size

  • Vehicle condition

  • Level of contamination

  • Additional services requested

Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

 

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Bank transfer

  • Debit or credit card

  • Approved payment services (e.g. Klarna)

Failure to complete payment may result in refusal of future services.

 

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or deposit requirement for future bookings.

 

7. Mobile Detailing Requirements

For mobile services, customers must provide:

  • Safe working space

  • Access to water where required

  • Access to electricity where required

TL Detailing reserves the right to refuse or reschedule services if the working environment is unsafe or unsuitable.

 

8. Ceramic Coating Services

Ceramic coatings require proper preparation and curing conditions.

Customers will receive aftercare instructions which must be followed to ensure coating performance.

TL Detailing is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect washing methods

  • Harsh chemicals

  • Environmental contamination

  • Improper maintenance

 

9. Liability

TL Detailing will take all reasonable care when providing services.

However, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our service

  • Damage caused by defective parts or materials

  • Issues resulting from customer neglect or misuse after service completion

 

10. Photography & Marketing

TL Detailing may take photographs of vehicles before, during and after detailing work.

These images may be used for marketing purposes including:

  • Website

  • Social media

  • Advertising materials

Vehicle registration plates and personal information will not be displayed without consideration for customer privacy.

Customers may request that images of their vehicle are not used for promotional purposes.

 

11. Changes to Terms

TL Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
